Official Statement on APEx Denver 2020

To all of our APEx Denver family, attendees, and community,

Like most of you, we have been watching as the coronavirus and the response measures have brought a halt to many of our events, both locally and nationally. We support all the difficult decisions being made by producers, communities, and our leaders as our first priority must be to protect the public health and safety in the face of a very infectious virus. Still, we can’t help but be saddened by the loss of so many of the events that we look forward to, those that feel like coming home. We were looking forward to bringing you another amazing year of relationship building and connection with APEx Denver 2020, but we believe the right thing to do is to sit this year out.

We will be back next year, bigger and better than ever for APEx 2021.

In the meantime, we would encourage you to support some of our other local conferences that really need you right now. With all of the uncertainty around the recovery process and its impact on travel plans, attendance is likely to be a challenge for many. Without your support, many events could be in danger of closing their doors permanently. If you had planned to attend APEx 2020, please consider shifting those funds to another Colorado event like Thunder in the Mountains (July 23-26) or Colorado Leather Fest (rescheduled to Sept 25-27).

See you all in 2021!
